We use a mixture of print methods our main process is Direct to Garment printing but also do use Direct to Film for items made from polyester, we also do embroidery and screen printing, it is best to contact us to discuss your specific needs so we can tailor the best options for your job

Yes — once we’ve printed for you, your design stays on file so you can re-order instantly.

Yes, no problem. As long as the design fits the garment, we can print it across multiple styles.
On majority of printing there is no minimum, however the more you order the more discounts you will receive
DTF and DTG can print full-colour designs, no extra cost per colour.
Yes — many customers do. We can process your job whichever way suits you.
In most cases, yes. However, supplied garments are printed at your own risk as we cannot replace or refund third-party stock if something goes wrong.
Each order is packed individually with the selected garment(s), packed securely, and labelled for easy fulfillment if you use print-on-demand.

Print-on-demand orders are usually printed within 2–5 business days.
Bulk orders vary depending on quantity and print method.
We ship with Australia Post and provide tracking on all parcels.
International shipping is available for POD partner stores.
If the order hasn’t been printed yet, we can usually make changes.
Once printing begins, changes can't be made.
Absolutely we offer express priority orders for a fee and best to contact us directly to discuss
Tracking can take a few hours to update. If it hasn’t updated after 24 hrs, reach out and we’ll follow it up.
Artwork & File Guidelines
Different fabrics absorb colour differently. We test your design to ensure consistency, but slight variations between brands/colours can happen.
Our DTF and DTG prints use high-quality inks and films designed for long-term durability when washed correctly.
We use premium, commercial-grade inks and film that meet industry standards and deliver bold, long-lasting colour.
No — digital printing allows full-colour prints with no setup fees, while screen printing is better for very large bulk runs of simple designs.
When using POD or custom jobs, you can email it to us, send it through Messenger, or upload via your POD integration.
Yes — send it through. We’ll let you know if it meets print requirements.
Returns, Exchanges & Quality
Because everything is custom-printed, we can’t accept returns based on change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Faulty items will always be replaced.
If printing hasn’t started, yes. Once printed, it can’t be changed.
We print quickly, but we can’t control postal delays. If a parcel is severely delayed, we’ll assist with an Australia Post investigation.
